Bradikinin Receptor B2 Cell Line

Description Bradykinin receptor B2 Cell Line contains HEK293 or U2OS cells stably expressing BDKRB2 with no tag. HiTSeeker Cell lines proliferate in vitro maintaining GPCR expression following the cell culture manual. The BDKRB2 Cell Line allows to assay compounds, or analyze their capability to modulate BDKRB1. When a ligand binds to the BDKRB2, it activates a G protein, which in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by calcium. HiTSeeker BDKRB2 cell line has been validated measuring calcium concentration changes in the cytosol upon activation with bradykinin. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring BDKRB2 receptor activation process in High Throughput Screening.
